Balanced diet

Most rural communities are completely unaware of the importance of good nutrition. They are content with the same food practically all year round.

This has consequences on the health of these populations, especially at the level of young orphans.

This is how EBaM places particular emphasis on the cultivation of various cereals and other foods in order to guarantee these communities a balanced diet in quality and quantity.

We also take care to train the widows well on the variety of food by taking proteins and other vitamins important for their health and especially for the growth of the youngest. They are also informed about the consequences of poor nutrition.
