The majority of young people in rural areas are unemployed and exposed to delinquency, worse to the greed of armed gangs or other militias such as the Kamuina Nsapu.

EBaM's activities will allow the creation of several direct and indirect jobs around agriculture.

The processing of agricultural products, the transport of these products to the places of evacuation, etc. constitute so many job opportunities that will benefit orphans and other unemployed young people from all these disadvantaged backgrounds.

It is clear that EBaM has no intention of remaining in traditional agriculture and is visibly targeting agro-industry, which generates several jobs.
